Ask your server about menu items that are cooked to order. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of food borne illness.

At Farm Club, 90% of the vegetables and herbs on our menu are grown by us, even in the heart of winter. This is a huge effort all in the spirit of living the good life: quality food and drink, embracing the beauty in nature, and being a community hub of good eating and careful farming.

There is a process many steps deep in each and every item on our menu; from milling regionally grown grains for our fresh pasta and nixtamalizing corn from our farm for the pozole, to storing, drying, fermenting and pickling the summer harvest to build winter menus.

We are also proud to support dozens of other local and regional farmers, purchasing our meat, fish, dairy, eggs, grains, small fruits and mushrooms from farmers we personally know and trust.
