Beer
Farm Club aims to brew simple, nuanced, drinkable beers. We focus on Lagers, Contemporary IPAs, and Farmhouse Ales. Our Farmhouse Ales are brewed with a wild yeast strain harvested from our property and feature local agricultural ingredients. We aspire for these beers to reflect thoughtfulness and care and to be inspired by the place that we live & work.
Cider
We are very lucky for the chance to make cider the way we do - slow and simple, and always with respect for the apple. The ultimate goal is to allow the fruit to express itself. Afterall, cider makes itself. Our job is to steer it in the right direction.
