Our head brewer, Corey Valdez, was an organic chemistry professor in NYC before brewing at Jolly Pumpkin for 3 years before helping to open Farm Club.
Corey aims to brew simple, nuanced, drinkable beers. We focus on Lagers, contemporary IPAs, and Farmhouse Ales. Our Farmhouse Ales are brewed with a wild yeast strain harvested from our property and feature local agricultural ingredients. We aspire for these beers to reflect thoughtfulness and care and to be inspired by the place that we live & work.
Our assistant brewer, Caleb Lentz, focuses on our growing cider program.
