It’s a hoedown. Come celebrate the fall harvest and shuck some corn and eat some green chiles. We will be firing up our chile roaster for an autumnal food experience. Fresh and roasted chiles will be on the menu, for purchase and on display.
We will be milling this year's harvest of Abinaki Red and Nothestine Dent corn.
Special menu moments: it's the season kickoff for our green curry and potato green chile! Plus for the festival day only - masa bread grilled cheese w/ roasted green chiles & outdoor grown heirloom tomato soup.
We will have available: 3 varieties of roasted chiles, 12 varieties of fresh chiles, and 2 varieties of freshly milled cornmeal plus our fermented hot sauced - Louisiana style Fresno, Jalapeño Green and Carrot Habañero.
